Where will it be held?

This years event will be held in the Southampton Guildhall Square. We are located 5 minutes from Southampton central station. To find out exact location, please search 'Southampton Guildhall Square' in maps.

Do we have to book tickets, or can we pay on the day?

We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. The past years session's have all sold out prior to the day of the event. We will have the ability to accept walk up on sessions not sold out.

What does a VIP table include?

10 VIP Seating Tickets, 10 Steins to keep and FREE first pint, VIP queue jump entry for 10, personal waitress service and a private VIP Table in the VIP area.

What drinks and food will be available?

Accepted Answer

Beers, Proseco, soft drinks, spirits, wines... We will have a large selection of drinks for you to choose from. We will have a wide range of draft beers along with bottles of prosecco & wine. Our food court will serve authentic Bavarian food including bratwurst, currywurst & a range of Vegan options.

What entertainment do you have?

The Bavarian Strollers are Oktoberfest Southampton's resident Oompah band. You will find them performing a number sets throughout each session, acompanied by a DJ to fill in between their breaks! You can also expect to see Bavarian Dancers throughout the day.

Do you have to arrive by a certain time?

Yes. Each session has a 'last entry' time. Once sessions are announced, we'll be sure to update you on the last entry times.

Are pets allowed into the event?

No animals apart from guide dogs are allowed into site.

Is there table service?

Yes, we offer table service to VIP tables on. If you are seated in our general seating area's, drinks can be purchased at one of our many bars.

Do you accept cash at the bars?

Accepted Answer

We operate a cashless site for our events. This is to help speed up our rate of service on the bars. Please come preppered with card / contactless payment methods.

Do VIP table guests need to arrive at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all those that are occupying 1 VIP table need to arrive at the same time.
